The Training Associates Releases TrackerWeb© 1.0 to Increase the Supply of Quality Trainers at Lowest Prices
New Orleans, LA, (Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference) October 8, 2003 – The Training Associates (TTA), the largest and oldest IT trainer provider in North America, announces the general launch of its interactive website with an online job board, built just for IT trainers. It is designed to dramatically increase the number of qualified trainers that are available for contract and full-time positions, and to therefore, significantly reduce trainer costs for IT training providers, corporate training departments, and
IT companies.

Any individual who becomes a TTA Approved Trainer may be considered for the thousands of jobs currently in the system.
Trainers complete their profiles with detailed information such as resumes, references, course proficiency, desired jobs, class rates, certifications, exams, calendar, and student evaluations. Based on successful interviews and trial periods they become TTA Approved Trainers. TrackerWeb is a module of the internally developed, million-dollar TrainerTracker System©, a CRM, order entry, knowledge and human capital management system integrated with a back-end financial suite.
